I hereby understand that by sending an entry form I am legally submitting my child into winning smiles productions modeling gallery ( digi-comp). I am stating that I am the legal parent or guardian of said child. I grant permission for winning smiles productions to post my child's photo(s) on this web site. I also grant permission to use my child's photo(s) for any advertisement for this web site. I will not hold winning smiles productions liable in anyway for anything that may occure from my submission of my minor child's participations in this nationwide internet web site or any affiliates including the modeling network. I do understand that I am solely responsible for any copyrights that may be needed or any lawsuits that may occur for any reason. I also will not hold winning smiles productions responsible for any photos that I claimed I have via us mailed instead of e-mailing. I agree to take the risk of my photos, if I chose to via us mail them instead of e-mailing them (certified or not) of being lost by via us mail, stolen, misplaced, damaged, not returned ect.. I also understand that by entering my child into winning smiles productions modeling gallery does not guarantee that my child will start a modeling career because of this website. I am also stating that I am aware that this is a service that provides internet exposure and is only a way for my child to be seen and is not a modeling agency but a service and that winning smiles productions is not claiming to be a modeling agency. I also understand that it is my responsibility as the parent or guardian to make sure that photos are submitted along with the entry form and that all entries are final and only refundable by written request within 10 days of entry. I therefore agree to follow all the terms and restrictions and fill out all the required forms. I understand that by trying to be dishonest or skip a required form that my entry is invalid and my child's photos will not be posted and payment will not be returned nor will mailed photos. I also agree that it is the sole discretion of Winning smiles productions to edit and or delete all or any of the photos submitted. Also Winning smiles productions has the right to use the photos in our before and after gallery, unless you email us other wise. It is also our sole discretion to delete any entry for any reason. I also understand that Winning smiles productions also may and will have changes and additions and deletions in the service we provide. So I hereby give winning smiles productions full permission to use my child's photo(s) for this web site and all of it's departments, including submitting my child into the modeling network.I also understand that winning smiles productions only state to submit my child to this modeling network once I receive a contract with this modeling network winning smiles productions part is finished. I understand that winning smiles productions is not in any way shape or form responsible for the content of the photos I submit and I fully understand and agree to all these terms and conditions. |
